notification program designed to minimize damages and expedite the shutdown
of spoofed websites.

‘phishing’, this emerging scam uses emails that appear to
come from legitimate organizations and direct recipients to fraudulent
web sites where they are instructed to update personal account information.
With
an estimated 20% of all recipients duped into providing user names, passwords
and social security numbers, these scams are being carried out successfully
